ALLY'S BED&BREAKFAST,, Barcelona

The property is ideally placed for sightseeing: La Pedrera is 300 metres away, Sagrada Familia 600 metres, and Plaça Catalunya and Casa Batlló are within a 15-minute walk. Verdaguer Metro Station (L4/L5) is a two-minute walk, providing direct access to the city centre in two stops. The main shopping streets of Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia are steps away. The airport is 20 km from the property; the Aerobus (€6.50 per person) stops nearby, while a taxi costs around €35. The port is 2 km away (taxi ~€20). The neighbourhood is vibrant with numerous restaurants and bars within 0.5 km, making it easy to dine out.

The property offers a variety of room types. Most rooms have private en-suite bathrooms with a shower, while one room has an external bathroom and others have shared facilities. Rooms facing the street may have balconies but can be noisy from traffic and a bar below; single-glazed windows do not block sound effectively. Interior rooms with large skylights are quieter but lack exterior views. Room features include a tea/coffee maker, electric kettle, dining table, parquet flooring, and free toiletries. Beds vary in firmness; some rooms have twin beds that may slide apart. Bathrooms are functional but can be compact, with limited counter space. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are provided. The overall style is simple and practical, suited for travellers prioritising location and value over modern decor.

The shared lounge includes a comfortable seating area with a television, DVD player, computer, and printer. Outdoor furniture is available on a small terrace, allowing guests to sit outside. There is no swimming pool, spa, or gym on site. The property's location means most leisure activities - shopping, dining, and exploring Gaudí architecture - are easily accessible on foot. For beach trips, the nearest sandy beach is about 4 km away, reachable via metro (L4 to Barceloneta).
