The hotel is within 10 minutes on foot of L'Auditori and the National Theatre, a 20-minute walk from Glòries Shopping Centre and Passeig de Gràcia, and 10 minutes by bus or metro from Plaza Catalunya. Monumental Metro station (L2) is a 2-minute walk, giving direct connections to the city centre and the airport via a change at Collblanc (L9). The neighbourhood is residential and secure, with supermarkets, bakeries and casual dining all within a 5-minute radius. Taxis from Barcelona Airport take approximately 30 minutes (€45); the Aerobus to Plaza Universitat followed by metro L2 is a cheaper alternative.

The rooms are decorated in white, black and red tones. Bed types range from double (narrower than standard) to twin and triple configurations. Interior-facing rooms receive limited natural light, while street-facing rooms may have more brightness but also more street noise. Sound insulation between rooms is minimal - noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor is frequently audible. Bathrooms are en suite with a hairdryer and toiletries; some have a sliding glass door that limits privacy. Desks are small, and power outlets may be few. Daily housekeeping is included, and tea/coffee-making facilities are available in selected rooms. The hotel has no balcony rooms.

Breakfast includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, yoghurt, coffee and juice - a wider selection than typical for a 3-star hotel. It is available from 07:30 to 11:00.
