The hotel sits on a quiet residential street yet is within easy reach of Barcelona's main attractions. Sagrada Familia is a 10-minute walk; Plaça Catalunya and La Rambla are about 10 minutes by Metro or bus. The Nord bus station is also 10 minutes on foot. A taxi rank sits directly in front of the hotel. For cruise passengers, the port is 20-30 minutes by taxi. El Prat Airport is a 20-25 minute taxi ride. The area is well served by accessible Metro line 2 with lifts at Monumental station (5 minutes). Numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries line the surrounding streets, making self-catering and dining out easy.

Standard Double and Twin rooms measure 18 m2; the Superior Double adds 21 m2, exterior views, a kettle, and a bidet. Single rooms are 15 m2 with a single bed. All rooms feature parquet flooring, a minibar, safe, desk, and hairdryer. Windows are double-glazed, but interior-facing rooms are quieter than those facing the street. Some road-facing rooms have reported noise from traffic and nearby construction. Rooms on higher floors away from the lift tend to be quieter. Daily housekeeping is included, though some units note occasional inconsistency with restocking. No balconies are available. Cots can be provided free on request. Room capacity is strictly two adults; no extra beds.

Breakfast includes fresh bread, pastries, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, hot options like scrambled eggs, cold meats, cheese, and juice. The variety is considered good for the price, but hot items can run low if you arrive late. No lunch or dinner is served on site, so plan for outside meals. Some visitors choose to skip the hotel breakfast and use the many cafés and bakeries nearby for a lighter or quicker meal.

The roof terrace is a quiet spot with four sun loungers and panoramic views of the Sagrada Familia and the city. It is ideal for relaxing after sightseeing but has no pool, whirlpool, or bar. The hotel also offers a solarium (free of charge) for sunbathing. Bicycle rental is available for an extra charge. There is no on-site gym, spa, or fitness centre.
