Hamamatsucho Station (700 metres) provides direct monorail access to Haneda Airport in 18 minutes, while the Narita Airport Limousine Bus stops just 300 metres away. Daimon Station is within a 3-to-5-minute walk and connects directly to Haneda Airport and, via the Asakusa Line, to Narita Airport (about 1.5 hours). Tokyo Tower and Hamarikyu Garden are both a 10-minute walk, and the Roppongi and Shinjuku areas are 5 to 10 minutes away by subway. The neighbourhood is quiet at night and offers several restaurants, bars and convenience stores within a short walk, making it a practical base for exploring Tokyo without being in the busiest tourist areas.

Rooms are modern and functional, with warm wood highlights and crisp white bedding. Each room includes a Sealy bed, private bathroom with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer, plus free toiletries. The rooms are compact: standard double and single rooms have very limited floor space, making it difficult to open two large suitcases at the same time. Road-facing rooms can be noisy from traffic and hallway sounds, and the air conditioning can be noisy in some units. Some windows face a nearby building, limiting natural light. A refrigerator and electric kettle are provided. No iron is in the room, but iron rental and a cleaning service are available from reception.

The buffet breakfast includes freshly baked breads, rice balls, sausages, scrambled eggs, salad, Japanese hot dishes, coffee and juice. The selection is primarily Japanese with Western options, so travellers wanting a strictly American breakfast will find limited choices. Pastries can run out quickly. There is no vegetarian breakfast option, though allergens are labelled. Breakfast tickets can be bought on the spot from the self check-in machine. The hotel's restaurant is open for breakfast only, but the surrounding area has numerous dining options within a 2-minute walk.

On the 2nd floor, you will find coin-operated washing machines and dryers (400-500 JPY for a full wash and dry, detergent included). An ice machine and drink vending machines are also available. The Hospitality Lounge on the ground floor offers free Wi-Fi and is a comfortable space to relax. There are no wellness facilities such as a spa, gym or pool.
