All apartments are on the prestigious Keizersgracht in the heart of the city centre, directly overlooking one of Amsterdam's most beautiful canals or a peaceful private garden. The tram stop (Keizersgracht) is just a couple of minutes away, providing quick access to Amsterdam Central Station and elsewhere. Most major museums, including the Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum, are within a 7-10 minute walk. Numerous restaurants, shops, and cafés such as Lombardo's, The Pantry, and Greenwoods Keizersgracht are within 300-500 metres. The surrounding streets are bustling and safe, and walking to the city centre's main sights is easy.

Each apartment is a fully self-contained unit ranging from 50 m2 to 80 m2, individually decorated to reflect the work of a specific Dutch artist-such as the Mondriaan's bright abstract lines or the Rembrandt's chiaroscuro style. Canal-facing apartments on the upper floors (e.g., Vermeer, Rembrandt, Brood, Karel Appel penthouse) offer direct canal vistas and high ceilings with large windows. Garden-access apartments (Jeroen Bosch, Vincent van Gogh) on the ground or first floor provide access to a private inner garden, a quiet oasis. The Herman Brood apartment features a twin bed arrangement (two large singles pushed together) and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave-combi oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso), a washing machine/dryer, flat-screen TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, allergen-free bedding, and free Wi-Fi. The Karel Appel penthouse has a private roof terrace, three bedrooms (up to 6 guests), air conditioning, and original wooden beams. Stairs in the building are traditional and steep. Light sleepers will find the rear garden-view apartments quieter than canal-side road-facing rooms.

Dutch Masters Short Stay Apartments does not have a restaurant or dining room, and breakfast is not served. Each apartment is fitted with a hob, combo-microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all kitchen utensils, making self-catering straightforward. A typical Dutch welcome package is provided upon arrival. A grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, and there are many restaurants and cafés within a few minutes' walk, including Lombardo's and The Pantry.

There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre on site. The property's main leisure assets are its location on the Keizersgracht canal-ideal for canal-side walks and sightseeing-and a peaceful private garden accessible from certain apartments (Jeroen Bosch, Vincent van Gogh) and the private roof terrace of the Karel Appel penthouse. The surrounding area has many walking and cycling routes, museums, and cultural attractions.

Services include free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, private check-in/out, and a concierge service for booking tours and activities. A paid airport shuttle (€79 one way from Schiphol, €69 return) can be arranged. The property has 24-hour security with CCTV, smoke alarms, and key-card access. A safety deposit box and fax/photocopying (free) are available. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge. Pets are not allowed. There is no elevator; the building has traditional stairs. Cleaning is done free of charge once every 7 nights; additional cleaning is available for €80-€85.
