For sports fans, Angel Stadium is 5 km (7 minutes drive) and Honda Center is 6 km (9 minutes). Ontario International Airport is a 40-minute drive, Seal Beach 25 minutes. Several restaurants are within immediate walking distance, including a 24-hour Denny's adjacent to the hotel, plus IHOP, Mimi's Cafe, Subway, and Tony Roma's. Self-parking is limited, so driving to the park is unnecessary; the hotel's location is best suited for those who want to walk everywhere. However, the hotel is long - rooms in the back section require an additional walk through the parking area to reach the street, which is less convenient for guests with strollers or mobility concerns.

All 154 rooms and suites feature at least two queen beds and a private bathroom. Room categories include Deluxe Rooms (up to 4), Executive Rooms (up to 5 with a sofabed), and Parlor, Family and Executive Family Suites that sleep 6-10 with separate living areas, one or two bathrooms, and a door between bedrooms for privacy. Each unit includes a refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV with HD channels (some rooms have two or three TVs), free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, in-room safe, and air conditioning. The room design is motel-style: doors open onto exterior walkways, and window coverings are shutters rather than blackout curtains, letting in noticeable outside light. Rooms facing the parking lot, elevator, or stairwell can be very noisy; back-corner rooms are reported as quieter. The cleanliness is generally rated good, though some rooms show wear with older carpet, dated furniture and occasional maintenance issues. There are no balconies.

The complimentary breakfast provides a basic spread of individually wrapped danishes/pastries, ready-to-eat cereal, instant oatmeal, Yoplait yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, sliced cheese, apples, oranges, bread for toast, and a selection of juices and coffee. There are only two toasters and limited seating, which can result in queues. The breakfast does not include hot items, bagels, waffles, or meats. Many families find the breakfast adequate for a quick start but note it's not satisfying for a long park day. The hotel itself has no restaurant, but dozens of dining options are within a 5-minute walk: a 24-hour Denny's is adjacent, and IHOP, Mimi's Cafe, Calaca Mamas Cantina, and Subway are directly nearby. Anaheim GardenWalk and Downtown Disney (0.5 km) offer full-service restaurants including The Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

The hotel features an indoor heated pool with a shallow end, accompanied by a hot tub/jacuzzi. Both are open year-round from 8:30am to 11pm. The pool area is compact; the hot tub can feel crowded, and cleanliness of the hot tub has been variable. The pool is suitable for an afternoon break from the parks, but is not a destination lap pool. The rooftop viewing deck provides a dedicated spot to watch Disneyland's fireworks each evening, visible from the upper levels. There is no fitness center, spa, or wellness facility on site. The Anaheim GardenWalk (within walking distance) contains a 24-hour fitness center and Bowlmor Lanes bowling alley for additional leisure options.

The 24-hour reception can handle late check-ins and requests. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property but has been reported as inconsistent and uses unsecured public networks; screen-casting via a QR code on the TV has led to inappropriate content and is not recommended. A laundry room with four washers and four dryers is available (card payment, $4 per load). Luggage storage consists of a free room for large suitcases and paid lockers ($1.50, quarters) for smaller bags. The lobby includes a business center with a computer and printer. Daily housekeeping is provided, though some stays reported inconsistent service.
