The immediate neighbourhood is quiet but lively, filled with izakayas, restaurants, convenience stores (including 7-Eleven), and a 7-Eleven within 3 minutes. Sensō-ji Temple is within walking distance, and the Sumida River is a 5-minute stroll away. On-site paid parking is available but strictly limited and cannot be reserved.

Room types include single, double, and twin. Double beds are 140 cm wide; twin beds are 110 cm each.
