APA HOTEL TOKYO ITABASHI EKIMAE, Tokyo

Room types include single, double (semi-double bed 110-120 cm wide) and twin (Hollywood twin beds 110-120 cm or deluxe twin 120-195 cm). Each room has a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Air conditioning is centrally managed - the thermostat cannot be fully adjusted, only reduced by opening the window. Some rooms show signs of age: dusty vents, peeling wallpaper near bathroom doors and occasional sewage smells from drains. Noise isolation from the hallway is limited; corridor chatter can be heard within the room. Track-facing rooms receive train noise. No in-room safe. No balconies. The compact layout may make it difficult to open multiple suitcases inside the room.

Ashirwad is open daily for breakfast (07:00-10:00) and lunch (11:30-14:30), offering a buffet with Indian, Japanese and European options. The breakfast buffet includes a limited but acceptable daily selection of items. Some days rice may run out during service. The restaurant space features a window facing the train platform. For additional dining, numerous restaurants including ramen, yakiniku, taverns and fast food are within a 3-minute walk, along with convenience stores and a McDonald's.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. Luggage storage is provided free of charge on check-in or check-out day only; same-day pickup is required. An advance delivery of luggage can be stored for a few days before check-in. Coin laundry on the 4th floor: washing machine ¥300 per use with automatic detergent, dryer ¥100 per 30 minutes. Dry cleaning, fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet facilities are available for additional charges. Trouser press is provided free. The 24-hour front desk can arrange massage services. Parking is available at a nearby public lot (no reservation, ¥2000 per day, first-come first-served basis for up to 6 cars). Smoking is not allowed in the hotel. No pets.
