FACTORY SUITES BARCELONA, Barcelona

The property is situated on a central street in Barcelona's Eixample district, 700 metres from the Sagrada Família and 600 metres from both Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. Passeig de Gràcia station is a 10-minute walk, providing direct rail and metro connections across the city and to Barcelona El Prat Airport (13 km). Several bus stops and the Girona metro station are within a 5-minute walk. The area is pedestrian-friendly; most major attractions are reachable in 15-20 minutes on foot. A variety of restaurants and shops are clustered within 300 metres, making the location practical for both sightseeing and dining out. The entrance to the building is not prominently marked, so using the address rather than a visible hotel sign is advisable.

The property offers double and twin/double rooms, all with air conditioning and heating. Room sizes can be compact, and some rooms have limited natural light, with windows overlooking interior light wells or adjacent walls. A few rooms include a balcony. Beds are described as comfortable by many, but some rooms have two separate single beds that can be pushed together on request. In certain rooms the private bathroom is located in the corridor rather than inside the room; these bathrooms are for individual use only and require stepping outside the room, but no common areas need to be crossed. Bathrooms are fitted with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. There is no TV in the rooms, nor a minibar or fridge. The apartment is on the first floor with a single flight of stairs; no lift is available. The building has character, with original features and a homely feel, though the overall standard is practical rather than modern. Some rooms above the ground-floor bar may experience noise from the venue below until late, and general soundproofing between rooms is limited.

Breakfast is self-service and available throughout the day. Each room has a labelled shelf in the fridge and a cupboard with a selection of items such as bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, cold cuts, juice, and coffee. A vegetarian option and lactose-free alternatives can be provided on request. The shared kitchen also has a kettle and basic cooking facilities, though there is no microwave. Guests can eat indoors or on the terrace. The property does not have a restaurant, but numerous cafés and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk on the surrounding streets. Snacks such as granola, cakes, and biscuits are often available in the kitchen throughout the day, and the coffee machine is accessible at all times.

The property does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. For leisure, guests have access to a shared outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a cosy indoor lounge with a fireplace. The shared kitchen also doubles as a dining and sitting area. The surrounding Eixample district provides parks and pedestrian streets, and major attractions such as the Sagrada Família and the Gothic Quarter are within a short walk.
