Aspen Square Condominium Hotel provides accommodations from fireplace studios to larger condominiums. Each unit includes a well-equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, king or twin bedding, a flat-screen TV, central air-conditioning, and a private balcony. Most suites also feature a queen-sized sofa bed. Studios have views of Aspen Mountain or the town. One-bedroom suites include a comfortable king bedroom separate from the living/dining area. Remodeled apartments have hardwood flooring, updated light fixtures, and private balconies with wood-burning fireplaces in both the bedroom and living room. Two-bedroom condominiums feature a king bed with an en suite bath in the master bedroom, and the second bedroom can be set up as a king or twins. Top-floor corner condominiums have balcony views of Independence Pass and Aspen Mountain. The ground-floor, four-bedroom condominiums have been upgraded with finishes and interiors.

The hotel is located in downtown Aspen, across from the base of Aspen Mountain. It is near art galleries such as Galerie Maximillian, Elliot Yeary Gallery, and Skye Gallery. The Pitkin County Library is a block from the Main Street intersection. Aspen-Pitkin County Airport is 5 km from Aspen Square. Rubey Park, the downtown transportation hub, provides buses to the other three ski areas.

Aspen Square features a courtyard with a heated pool and two hot tubs. A fitness center with treadmills, an elliptical trainer, an exercise bike, free weights, a universal weight machine, and flat-screen TVs is available. The Red Brick Center for the Arts is nearby. Wagner Park hosts activities for children and food and drink from 2-5 pm.
