The property is located at the southern end of South Kihei Road, offering a quieter, more secluded setting while still being close to amenities. Kamaole Beach Park III is a 6-minute walk away, and the nearest lifeguarded beach access is a 5- to 10-minute walk across the street. The Shops at Wailea are 3 km south, and Wailea Blue Golf Course is 4 km away. Kahului Airport (OGG) is a 20- to 30-minute drive. Free parking is available on site, and a car is recommended for exploring the full island. Bus stops are also accessible for those without a car.

Choose from 1-bedroom (sleeps 4), 2-bedroom (sleeps 6 with queen beds and a pull-out sofa), or 3-bedroom (sleeps 8, with 1 king, 2 queens, and a pull-out sofa) suites. Each suite features a private balcony, separate living area, dining area, cable TV, and free WiFi. All suites have two bathrooms (master with stand-up shower, hall with tub), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware), and a washer/dryer. Bedrooms have air-conditioning units with thermostats on timers - some units have quieter models than others. Decor varies by owner; many suites retain an older, basic style with carpet, while a few have been renovated. Daily housekeeping includes fresh towels, trash removal, and bed making. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are available on a first-come basis.

All suites include a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware, making self-catering convenient. A weekly Manager's Reception is held every Tuesday from 4-5 p.m. at the pool, featuring mai tais and a chance to socialize. Nearby dining options within a 5-minute drive include 808 Deli, Café O'Lei, Coconut's Fish Café, Maui Brewing Co., and many others. A grocery store (Foodland) is 5 minutes north for stocking the kitchen. For those who prefer eating out, the Wailea area (3 km away) offers fine dining at restaurants such as Nick's Fishmarket.

The outdoor pool is heated, fenced, and open from 08:00 to 21:30 daily, with a shallow end and a view. Adjacent is a hot tub/jet spa. Sports amenities include a tennis court (with equipment available), shuffleboard, bocce ball court, and a putting green. Barbecue grills are located throughout the grounds for outdoor cooking. The property also provides beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas for loan. There is no gym or spa on-site. Seasonal events include an Easter egg hunt and Santa's helicopter arrival in December.

WiFi is free in all suites and public areas. Parking is free and does not require a reservation. The 24-hour front desk can arrange airport shuttles (fee applies), activity bookings, and tour desk services. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures.
