The street itself hosts several food trucks in the evening, and a wide variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and souvenir shops are within a 5-10 minute walk. While the location is praised for its convenience, the alley setting can feel a bit unpolished, with a dispensary and occasional groups lingering outside the hotel.

Accommodation consists of twin and double rooms, as well as studio rooms with a kitchenette (stovetop, cookware, and utensils). Most rooms are carpeted and have a private bathroom with a shower-over-bathtub, hairdryer, and free toiletries. In-room amenities include a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a telephone, a safe, and tea/coffee-making facilities. While rooms are generally spacious, the property shows its age: furnishings are basic, wallpaper may be peeling, and bathrooms are small with limited counter space.
