The location is central for walking to Royal Hawaiian Center and International Market. Parking on-site costs US$35-US$50 per day; rideshare is a practical alternative for airport transfers. The area is active with shops and restaurants, though the main road can produce street noise in lower-floor rooms.

The outdoor swimming pool is located on the rooftop, open daily from 07:00 to 23:00, and offers canal views. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. Two hot tubs are adjacent to the pool area, one of which is heated. The fitness centre (open 24 hours) includes treadmills and other equipment. Use of the pool, hot tubs, and gym is included in the resort fee. A laundry facility is on the 5th floor (card-operated). BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture are available on-site. No spa services are offered.
