Place Bellecour is 20 minutes away by metro or bus, and the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon is 2 km from the studios. Despite the transport hub location, the building is well soundproofed and the area remains calm at night, with the Westfield shopping centre, supermarkets and numerous restaurants all within a short walk.

Each studio is appointed with a pull-down bed (which can also serve as a sofa) and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Some studios include a balcony, and the top-floor unit (Studio Côté Saône) offers a washing machine and dryer. All units have soundproofed walls, air conditioning and a private bathroom with free toiletries and hairdryer. The units are designed for up to two people, with the larger studios measuring around 15 m² - comfortable for sleeping and self-catering but compact. The bed is made on arrival, and the host sends detailed access codes and Wi-Fi password before check-in for a smooth arrival.
