The hotel is in an industrial and commercial area surrounded by ongoing construction works that make access by car challenging - expect road closures and diversions. The nearest metro station (Debourg) is about 10 minutes' walk and provides a direct 20- to 30-minute ride into the city centre. Matmut Stadium is a 15- to 20-minute walk, making the location convenient for event-goers. The area is isolated at night with limited street activity, so arriving by car or taxi is advised for solo travellers or families. Several restaurants are within 1 km: Le Renouveau (0.5 km), Carnegie Hall (1 km), Jols Gerland (1 km), Saladopasta (1 km), Tiger Wok (1 km), O'thai Gourmet (1 km), and Au Chateau d'If (1 km).
