The hotel sits in a quiet, modern business area surrounded by office towers, yet the river is just a few steps away for walks, jogging, or rowing-watching. Bus31 stops a 3-minute walk away and connects directly to Gare de Vaise metro station (lineD), making the city centre reachable in about 20 minutes. Several restaurants (Ninkasi, L'Octave, Nano Trattoria) are within 5-10 minutes on foot. The Pathé Vaise cinema and Île Barbe (a medieval island with playgrounds) are within easy walking distance. Lyon Convention Centre is 2.7km away; the airport is best reached via the Rhônexpress train from Part-Dieu or Perrache stations.

Rooms are decorated in warm beige tones with orange accents. Comfort rooms offer functional, well-lit spaces; Superior rooms add an espresso machine, a designer bathroom with a window into the bedroom, and a separate shower and bathtub. The bar serves house cocktails, wine, and champagne until 22:30 on weekdays. Weekend dining options are limited to off-site restaurants within a short walk.

The Saône also offers rowing clubs across the water and occasional cruise boats. Île Barbe, a few hundred metres upstream, has a grassy park with children's playgrounds and pétanque courts. Hiking is available nearby (free) and canoeing can be arranged off-site (additional charge). The hotel has no swimming pool, spa, or wellness centre.
