AUBERGE ROYAL VERSAILLES, Montreal

The hotel sits directly beside Radisson Metro station, providing direct access to downtown Montreal in about 20 minutes. It is also well placed for drivers, with easy access to highways 40 and 25, and free parking on site. The Montreal Olympic Park, Biodôme, Botanical Garden, and Saputo Stadium are a 13-minute drive away. For Formula 1 events at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, the metro provides a direct route. The area has a large shopping centre, grocery stores, and several restaurants and fast-food outlets within a 5-minute walk. While the location is practical and functional, it is farther from the lively downtown core, making the metro essential for nightlife and major attractions.

The property offers various room configurations, including double, quadruple, and Premium rooms. Premium rooms on the second floor have balconies; those on the first floor open directly to the outdoor pool. Deluxe Queen Rooms do not face the pool. All rooms include air conditioning, a coffee maker with free coffee, a mini fridge, cable TV, a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and parquet flooring. Some rooms feature a spa bath or hot tub. Rooms are described as spacious, but decor is basic and dated. Some units have a seating area or a large desk. Noise can be an issue: inner courtyard rooms tend to be quieter than those facing Sherbrooke Street. A shared microwave is available at the front desk.

Restaurant #1 is open for breakfast each morning. The breakfast menu offers made-to-order options at a reasonable price; it is not included with all room rates, so check your booking details. Lunch and dinner service may not be available on request. For other meals, the hotel is within walking distance of Harvey's, a sushi spot, a steakhouse, an Italian restaurant, and several other eateries, all within a 5-minute walk. The adjacent shopping centre also has fast-food outlets and a supermarket. The restaurant's ambiance is basic, with bright lighting, but the service can be friendly.

Free private parking is on site and does not require a reservation. Parking is outdoor, reserved for hotel clients, and monitored by security cameras. Luggage storage is free for early arrivals or late departures. The 24-hour front desk can arrange car hire, laundry, and dry cleaning at an additional charge. A business centre and meeting/banquet facilities (additional charge) are available. The entire property is non-smoking. Accessible parking is available. The hotel has a lift and key-card access. Cots can be provided. Daily housekeeping is included, but additional cleaning requests should be made at reception.
