The area has a large shopping centre, grocery stores, and several restaurants and fast-food outlets within a 5-minute walk. While the location is practical and functional, it is farther from the lively downtown core, making the metro essential for nightlife and major attractions.

The property offers various room configurations, including double, quadruple, and Premium rooms. Premium rooms on the second floor have balconies; those on the first floor open directly to the outdoor pool. Deluxe Queen Rooms do not face the pool. All rooms include air conditioning, a coffee maker with free coffee, a mini fridge, cable TV, a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and parquet flooring. Some rooms feature a spa bath or hot tub. Rooms are described as spacious, but decor is basic and dated. Some units have a seating area or a large desk.
