The hotel sits in the city centre, 350 metres from Amsterdam Central Station and 5 minutes on foot from Dam Square, the Royal Palace and Madame Tussauds. A tram stop is directly outside, providing easy access across the city. Airport connections: take a train from Schiphol to Central Station (16-20 minutes) and walk 7-10 minutes; a taxi takes 20-30 minutes. Numerous restaurants and shops are within a short walk.

All rooms include air conditioning, satellite TV, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities (instant coffee in the room, a coffee machine in the lobby), a hairdryer, and a private bathroom with shower. Some rooms have a french balcony. Standard double rooms are compact, particularly those with two single beds pushed together. For more space, consider a King Deluxe or family room - triple rooms also have windows and adequate space. Some rooms have limited natural light, especially those on lower floors. Noise from the street and hallways can be an issue; rooms facing the street tend to be noisier. Daily housekeeping is provided.

The breakfast buffet runs daily and includes continental items such as cereals, bread, and warm dishes like eggs and bacon. The cost is €15 per person when pre-booked, or €17 on the day.
