Hotel The Exchange, an independent fashion hotel, features 61 unique rooms ranging from 1 to 5 stars. Each room is styled by young fashion designers from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI), with designs inspired by fashion and architecture. Room selection within the booked star category is revealed upon arrival. Some rooms feature views of the Damrak and Beurs van Berlage.

BAR STOCK serves breakfast with locally sourced products, including homemade cakes, sandwiches, hotdogs, and coffee-based cocktails. The coffee is brewed from Friedhats coffee beans, sourced from Amsterdam. Sourdough pastries and bread are delivered daily from local bakery Ulmus. Moma milk, sourced from Weesp, is used for cappuccinos and lattes. Japanese teas are also available.

The hotel presents a collection of 6 rooms designed by Dutch fashion label MAISON the FAUX. Room themes include 'The Advertising,' 'The Fashion Consumer,' 'The Model' (featuring Humanwear models), 'The Catwalk,' 'The Changing Room,' and 'Luxury Shopping.'

Hotel The Exchange is located on the Damrak, near Amsterdam Central Station, with connections via train, tram, and metro. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Kalverstraat, the Nine Streets, the Jordaan district, and the Anne Frank House. Rijksmuseum is within walking distance.
