For those arriving by car, on-site parking costs €30 per day but cannot be reserved. The Amstel train station (5 minutes' walk or one metro stop) is useful for regional travel and stores bicycles securely.

Many rooms have private bathrooms with showers or baths; Double and Twin rooms offer queen-size beds, while Quadruple rooms provide two queen beds or a double plus two singles. Rooms at the rear or on higher floors away from the venue are better for light sleepers.

The lobby café provides a relaxed setting for quick bites and speciality coffee throughout the day. A lively night program runs on weekends, and the basement club operates until early morning on Thursdays-Saturdays. The spa area is available year-round and does not require reservations. Hot tubs and sauna can be used at any time within opening hours.
