Le Bailli sits on a quiet, tree-lined boulevard in the 15th arrondissement, a residential area that feels safe and peaceful. The Ségur metro station (Line 10) is less than 100 metres from the entrance, providing direct links across Paris. Sèvres-Lecourbe station (Line 6) is a two-minute walk away, offering additional routes. The Eiffel Tower is a 10- to 20-minute walk straight up the main road, and UNESCO headquarters is five minutes away. The neighbourhood has a good selection of cafés, bistros, supermarkets and bakeries within a three-minute walk, yet the street itself remains calm at night.

The rooms are decorated in a cosy, contemporary style with Parisian photos and feature a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, safe, and free Wi-Fi. All rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed, with heating available. The private bathrooms include a walk-in shower, hairdryer, free toiletries, and bathrobes.
