Several restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets (including an Aldi) are within a 5-minute walk. The area is close to Vallvidrera mountain paths for hiking. The building layout has no elevator, which affects luggage movement on upper floors.

Accommodation includes single, twin, double, and quadruple rooms, most with private bathrooms with showers. Rooms feature air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, and a work desk. The enclosed bunk beds provide personal light, USB and EU sockets, and a foldable table, offering good privacy in shared dorms. Some rooms have no curtains or blinds, and street-facing rooms can be noisy due to thin windows, so requesting a quiet room away from the road is recommended. The building has no elevator, so guests on upper floors must use stairs. Cleaning is reportedly done every two days on request; some rooms have experienced humidity or sewer odours. Rooms are generally spacious and clean, though a few reports note dated fixtures or small bathrooms.

The shared kitchen is well-equipped with a large canteen, oven, microwave, sandwich toaster, kettle, and ample fridge space. Vending machines provide coffee at around €0.80 and other snacks. No breakfast or restaurant service is offered on-site, but the surrounding area is full of cafés, bakeries, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk, including Acontraluz (0.5 km) and several others at 0.5 km distance. An Aldi supermarket is across the road for groceries.
