BARCELONA CITY SEVEN HOSTAL, Barcelona

The hostal sits in a quiet, residential neighbourhood that is well connected by public transport. Gràcia metro and train station is a 5-minute walk, offering direct trains to Plaza Catalunya in about 5 minutes. The lively Gràcia district with its bars and restaurants is a 10-minute walk, and Passeig de Gràcia Boulevard with designer shops is within 15 minutes on foot. The airport shuttle can be arranged for an extra fee, and the nearest metro stops (Gràcia and Fontana) make most city attractions accessible in under 20 minutes by public transport. The property itself has no exterior signage, so you may need to walk around the block to find the entrance.

Accommodation is basic and practical, suited to budget-conscious travellers. Room types include double rooms with a private bathroom or with a shared bathroom, and a twin/double room with two beds and a private bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony. However, the actual room condition may vary significantly: some rooms are small, have no exterior window or only an internal lightwell, and fittings can feel dated with cracked walls or damaged doors. Noise from the street and neighbouring rooms is common due to thin walls and non-soundproofed windows. Beds are simple, and the Smart TV can be used for streaming services but does not offer national channels. The digital key system provides secure access without a physical key.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Daily housekeeping and luggage storage are included at no extra cost. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged by request after booking. The common lounge provides a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and trouser press. Check-in uses a digital key sent to your phone; there is no 24-hour reception, and communication is primarily via WhatsApp. The property has a lift, fire extinguishers, and offers an invoice. Lockable bedroom doors are fitted in shared-bathroom rooms. Minors are not accepted without a responsible adult.
