The area offers very good public transport connections: Rocafort metro (L1) is a 1-minute walk, providing direct access to the city centre and Sagrada Familia in about 20 minutes. Barcelona Sants train station is a 15-minute walk, and airport buses stop nearby. The neighbourhood is lively, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and shops within a short walk. Street-facing rooms can experience noise from traffic, while interior rooms are quieter but may have less natural light.

Some rooms feature balconies with city views or terraces with garden views. Triple rooms have a double and single bed. Although soundproof walls are listed, noise from plumbing (toilet pump) and thin doors/walls is common. Rooms facing the street are noisier; courtyard rooms may be darker but quieter. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are provided. Some rooms are spacious, others more basic. Important: there is no lift to the hostel floor, so expect to carry luggage up stairs.

The hostel does not have its own breakfast or restaurant. A microwave and kettle are available in the common area for basic meal preparation. Several restaurants offering various cuisines are within 0.5 km, including Pura Brasa Arenas, Cruix, Cinc Sentits, and Baby Jalebi. Supermarkets are also nearby for self-catering supplies.

WiFi is free throughout. A 24-hour reception allows for late arrivals. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out at no charge.
