Many major sights - Casa Milà, Casa Batlló, Plaza Catalunya, and Sagrada Familia - are within a 2-stop metro ride or a pleasant walk. Supermarkets are within 5 minutes on foot, and a wide variety of fashionable bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, making it easy to explore the city without a car. Each apartment features a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV (some with smart TVs and Netflix), and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware. Bathrooms include a shower and hairdryer. Bedrooms usually have doors, and beds can be configured as singles or joined as a double upon request. Some apartments include a balcony, private terrace, or attic with exclusive roof terrace access. Rooms near the street or the entrance foyer may experience some noise; interior-facing rooms are quieter. All apartments are air-conditioned and heated. Units range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with some offering 2 bathrooms and a bidet. The apartments are cleaned and well-maintained.

Click&Flat Seneca Suites does not have its own restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. The immediate neighbourhood, however, offers a wide variety of fashionable bars and restaurants.
