The hotel sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood, a 7-minute stroll from JR Minami-Senju Station and a 3-minute walk from a bus stop. Minami-Senju provides direct subway access to Ueno, Akihabara and Roppongi without changing trains. Sensoji Temple and the Asakusa area are 2 km away (roughly 20-30 minutes on foot or a short train ride), and Ueno Park is under a 20-minute drive. For airport transfers: from Narita take the Keisei Skyliner to Nippori, then the JR Joban Line to Minami-Senju; from Haneda take the Keikyu Line (Toei Asakusa Line) to Ningyocho, then the Metro Hibiya Line to Minami-Senju. Several convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson, AEON) are within a 5-minute walk, and a supermarket operates right across the street. The area is well-lit and safe at night, with a handful of local restaurants nearby.

All rooms are private and air-conditioned, with a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and a small wardrobe or closet. Windows are present in many rooms, providing views of the neighbourhood or Tokyo Skytree. Bathrooms and toilets are shared per floor and cleaned daily, with hot showers available 24/7. Rooms are compact: the space is sufficient for one person but leaves limited room for opening large suitcases. Beds are firm futons in a wooden frame - some find them too hard for longer stays, and the pillows are small bean-filled types. Thin walls mean noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms can be audible; road noise from the adjacent street may affect rooms at the front. Rooms on the corner farthest from the lift are noticeably quieter. Hairdryers and alarm clocks can be borrowed free from the front desk. A women-only floor is available for travellers who prefer more privacy.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant, bar, or cafe, and does not serve breakfast. A shared kitchen on the premises includes a microwave and stove for preparing simple meals. A drinks vending machine is located in the building. The immediate area offers several convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson, AEON) within a 5-minute walk, and a supermarket across the street sells ready-made meals, snacks and drinks. For sit-down dining, there are small local restaurants such as ramen and tsukemen shops within a 5-10 minute walk. The shared kitchen and lounge area can be used for eating takeaway food.
