The hotel is situated in a lively yet safe residential area on the Left Bank, within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower (900 m), Les Invalides, the Seine river banks, and the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre. Dupleix metro station (lines 6, 8, 10) is 150-240 m away, providing fast connections to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Élysées, Montparnasse train station, and both Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports via RER and metro transfers. Numerous shops, bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are within a 2-10 minute walk, including Le Volant Basque, Café Michel, and Feyrouz. The neighbourhood offers a practical base with a good balance of local amenities and direct access to major landmarks.

Rooms are available as classic doubles (one double bed), twins (two single beds), triple rooms (designed for three), and more spacious units with a kitchenette and dining area. Standard room size can be compact, while some rooms are notably larger - especially the suites with extra floor space. All accommodations include air conditioning (centrally controlled), heating, soundproofed walls, a safe, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom, though functional, has a shower that may lack a curtain or guard, which can lead to water on the floor. Some rooms have a private bathroom with a bathtub. Ground-floor rooms and those near the elevator may experience more noise from the street and building; upper-floor rooms are generally quieter.
