Rooms are accessed via stairwell only - no lift. Basement rooms have low ceilings and limited natural light; top-floor attic rooms require climbing 67 steps and can become warm. Some rooms on lower floors offer larger layouts. Bed sizes vary: standard doubles are available, but some rooms have a smaller double (approx. 1.2 m wide). Bathrooms are en suite or private, with showers (all have a step; no walk-in showers). The building retains original features such as high ceilings, fireplaces, and a glass cupola.
