The area is safe and well-served with shops, supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury's), and a range of restaurants, cafés, and pubs within a short stroll. Gatwick Airport is accessible by taking the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station, then the District Line to West Kensington. On-street electric car charging is available.

Rooms offer a flat-screen TV with cable channels, tea/coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, free toiletries, and a seating area. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Room sizes range from the compact Double Room at 11.98 sq. ft. to the Standard Double Room at 13.94 sq. ft., and the Executive King room at 183 sq. ft., which can accommodate a couple with a child on request.
