Biocity, located in an elegant villa from the early 1920s, offers rooms with a color scheme that pays homage to nature. Each room includes complimentary Wi-Fi, a 32' HDTV with an HDMI port, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a spacious shower featuring color therapy. Rooms also feature a wall painted with ecological photocatalytic liquid silicate paint, which transforms noxious gasses into neutral substances when exposed to light. Biocity features a sauna, two emotional showers, and a relaxation area with herbal tea. Only one room can access the area at a time. The rate is €45 per hour. Room service is available for breakfast or dinner at €8 per service.

Biocity is a 10-minute walk from Sondrio and a 10-minute walk from the Milano Centrale Railway Station, providing access to attractions in central Milan. The hotel is 4 km from Milano Cadorna and 5 km from Linate. The Martesana Canal, with routes for runners and cyclists, is 500 meters away. Nearby attractions include the Unicredit skyscraper and Bosco Verticale, 1.8 kilometers away. Guests can walk from Piazza IV Novembre on Via Sammartini to Via Lunigiana. From the Milano Centrale Railway Station, you can take tram number 5 or bus number 42 and get off at Viale Lunigiana.

Biocity offers uncovered parking for two cars at €20 per day; the spot must be vacated by 11:00 am the next day. Safety features include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, a first aid kit, and window guards.
