While the immediate side streets can feel less busy at night, using the main boulevard for access is a practical choice. The Saturday morning market outside the entrance adds local colour.

Room sizes are tight, particularly triple and quadruple configurations, where space between beds and access to power outlets can be limited. The private bathrooms are small, with a compact shower cubicle that may be challenging for larger individuals. Road-facing rooms can suffer from street noise, while rooms near the lift or staircase also pick up corridor sounds and early-morning kitchen activity. Garden-view rooms are notably quieter. All rooms have windows for natural ventilation. Additional practical items such as a hairdryer or kettle are available on request from reception.

The continental breakfast includes croissants, ham, cheese, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and coffee from a machine.
