The Mississippi River, French Market, and Jackson Square are all within a short stroll. Streetcars on Canal provide easy access to the Garden District and other neighborhoods. Parking garages are nearby but cost from $40 per day; many find walking or using rideshares more convenient. The area is safe and walkable to all major French Quarter attractions, including the Aquarium of the Americas, art and voodoo museums, and cemetery tours.

Each suite features a separate living area, a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and cookware), and a private bathroom with either a walk-in shower or bathtub. Only 11 units have balconies; these are not included in the rental program but may be requested as an upgrade at check-in. The decor includes handcrafted headboards, locally-sourced art, and unique pieces such as chairs mounted on ceilings. Rooms on the alley side can experience noise from garbage collection in the early morning hours; white noise machines are provided in bedrooms. Some living areas lack windows, making them dim. Bed sizes are queen, which may be tight for taller individuals. No rollaway beds are available.

The resort does not have a restaurant or bar, but the kitchenette allows you to prepare simple meals, store drinks, and warm leftovers. Breakfast may be available as an add-on on select dates - check your reservation for availability. The lobby provides complimentary coffee and water during the day. The French Quarter offers hundreds of dining options within walking distance, from casual oyster houses to award-winning Creole and Cajun cuisine. The rooftop sundeck also has a grill for guest use.

The 4th-floor rooftop sundeck features outdoor furniture, a large chessboard, and comfortable lounges - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The 7th-floor sundeck is also available. There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. The deck includes a designated smoking area. Free on-site laundry with detergent provided is available for guest use, adding convenience for longer stays.

The resort offers free WiFi throughout the property. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and can assist with recommendations and transportation arrangements. Luggage storage is available but limited in space - contact the resort ahead of your arrival. Self-service laundry is free and accessible anytime.
