The hotel sits directly across from the botanical gardens, offering a calm, green outlook in an otherwise central area. The Latin Quarter's historic streets, including Rue Mouffetard and Place Monge market (three times per week), are steps away. Metro Jussieu (lines 7 & 10) and Place Monge (line 7) are both 150 m walk, giving direct connections to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre and Opéra. RER C and Gare d'Austerlitz (TGV, Metro, bus) are 500-600 m distant. Batobus stop at Jardin des Plantes station. A fixed-price taxi from CDG or Orly is available, and the hotel can arrange a transfer on request. Several restaurants, boulangeries and supermarkets are within 2-5 minutes walk. For good walkers, the Pantheon, Sorbonne and Saint-Germain-des-Prés are also reachable on foot.

Single rooms measure 11 m2, double rooms 12 m2. All are air-conditioned, soundproofed and fitted with private bathrooms (walk-in shower, hairdryer, toiletries). The style mixes parquet floors, velvet headboards and industrial lamps. Top-floor rooms may have original exposed beams. A coffee machine, safe, flat-screen TV and desk are provided. The rooms are compact: standard doubles leave minimal space for open luggage, and storage is limited to a few hangers (no wardrobe). Rooms facing the street can pick up noise from inside and from the lift shaft. Rooms beside the elevator can hear mechanical sounds. The five-floor property has a lift (small, fits one person with a case). A wheelchair-accessible room with adapted bathroom is available on request. Cots and travel cots are available, but connecting rooms are not offered.

The breakfast buffet is set out daily from 07:00 to 10:00 in the vaulted stone breakfast room. It includes French pastries, several breads, jams, vanilla pancakes, cereals, yoghurts, seasonal fruit, fruit salads, cheese and cold meats. Hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) are also available. In summer, breakfast can be taken on the 50 m2 rooftop terrace, upon prior arrangement. The selection is continental-style and does not include hot dishes or a wide choice for allergen-friendly diets. No restaurant or bar is available on site, but a coffee house on site offers drinks and snacks. There are numerous boulangeries, brasseries and restaurants within two minutes walk.

Wellness facilities are limited to the rooftop terrace of 50 m2, which offers views over the Paris rooftops and is usable in fine weather. Opposite the hotel, Jardin des Plantes provides green space for walks, jogging, and a zoo. For longer relaxation, the Luxembourg Gardens and the Seine river banks are within walking distance.
