The hotel is on Rama IV road with a bus stop at the Khuaynamthai Intersection right at the front gate. Ekkamai BTS station and Gateway Ekamai mall are about 8 minutes on foot; the Eastern Bus Terminal (connections to Pattaya, Koh Samet, Koh Chang) is a 10-15 minute walk. Big C and Tesco Lotus hypermarkets are a 10-minute drive. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 40 minutes by car; Don Muang International Airport is about 28 km away, reachable via Skytrain or taxi. A street market and coffee shops are within a short walk. Taxis are easily available from the main road, and blue bus route 22 stops nearby.

Rooms range from studios to two-bedroom suites, all with air conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable channels, fridge, electric kettle, and a private balcony. Private bathrooms feature hot and cold shower; some suites have a walk-in shower and bidet. Room facilities include a safe, hairdryer, and - in certain renovated rooms - access to streaming services (Netflix/Disney+ if you have your own account). Some rooms have a microwave. Two-bedroom suites allow cooking; one-bedroom suites do not, though a food heater may be available. Room condition varies: renovated rooms are modern and clean, older rooms may have worn furniture, stains, marks on walls, and hard mattresses. The property has a lift (one of two was sometimes out of service during renovation) and offers family rooms that can accommodate 2 adults plus children using existing bedding.

The indoor swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 22:00 every day and is free for all guests. Pool towels are provided. The fitness centre is also free and includes a set of dumbbells and air conditioning. Both facilities are located on the ground floor near the parking area. Condition of the pool and gym is generally good, but some equipment may be basic. There is no spa or wellness centre on site.

The hotel has no restaurant or breakfast service. An Italian restaurant operated by an Italian family is located on the ground floor. A small coffee shop at the entrance serves coffee. Dining options are available within a 1-minute walk outside the property, and a street market and many restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. For daily groceries, a 7-Eleven is a short walk away.

Internet access is free in rooms. Parking is free on site but reservation is required due to limited space - one car per booking. The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage storage (100 THB per day), car rental, and taxi arrangement. Daily housekeeping is free and available between 08:00-17:00; request by calling or using the door badge. Laundry service is available for an additional charge; a self-service washing machine is also free to use (4 THB per load). A 24-hour convenience store is on site. Fax/photocopying and ironing service are available for an additional charge. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, key card access, and an in-room safe.
