Room sizes vary; top-floor rooms are notably small, while others offer more space. Rooms facing the internal courtyard have limited natural light and no fresh air, whereas street-facing rooms may hear noise from nearby bars. Soundproofing between rooms is limited, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Bathrooms are functional but can be very small; some have reported low water pressure and mould. Beds are comfortable overall, though some mattresses show wear. All rooms include free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a safety deposit box. Daily housekeeping is provided, though thoroughness can vary. Some rooms offer a queen-size bed, and private rooms are sold exclusively - no shared dormitories.

Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 10:30 in the communal dining area. The buffet includes fresh rolls, toast, cheese, ham, yoghurt, granola, fruit, pancakes, and waffles.
