Casa Boutique Hotel sits in the heart of the Art Deco District, 800 m from Ocean Drive and a 6-minute walk from the beach. Lincoln Road Mall and Miami Beach Convention Center are both within 1 km. The nearest airport is Miami International, 15 km away. A bus stop right outside provides easy access downtown, and the walkable neighbourhood is packed with restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The attached restaurant Limoncello and the bustling sidewalk scene mean the immediate area can be lively late into the evening.

Standard Double Queen rooms sleep up to four guests with two plush queen beds and a modern shower. Standard King rooms are bright and minimal, featuring a single king bed. Deluxe City View Double Queen adds city views, a work desk, and enhanced amenities. Walk-in showers are standard in all rooms (no bathtubs). Only two rooms have balconies and availability is never guaranteed. Road-facing and restaurant-adjacent rooms receive significant street and kitchen noise; rooms at the rear may be quieter but can face USPS truck noise early morning. Bedding is comfortable and clean, but carpets in rooms and hallways show wear and may be less suitable for allergy-sensitive travellers.

Breakfast is a continental-style voucher for a café two blocks away - offering croissants, yogurt, pastries, orange juice, coffee, and tea. It is described as basic and not served on the property. The hotel has no restaurant of its own, but the lobby is shared with Limoncello, an Italian restaurant open for dinner. Hotel guests receive a 20% discount there. Coffee and water are available in the lobby only during breakfast hours (8-10 am). No microwave, refrigerator in all rooms (request one if needed), or in-room coffee maker. Guests wanting varied meals can easily walk to the dozens of restaurants within two blocks.

The hotel has no swimming pool, spa or gym. The main leisure amenity is the complimentary beach package: each room receives two foldable beach chairs and beach towels (umbrellas not provided). Chairs are collected at the reception and taken to the beach - the closest entrance is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Sunbeds are set on the sand at a designated area. This beach-access arrangement is free for guests, though the resort fee covers the towels. The location itself is the primary recreation offering, with Ocean Drive, shopping, and nightlife all within a short walk.

All check-in is digital via an online kiosk or QR-code-activated WhatsApp chat; on-site staff are present only during limited daytime hours. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas and all rooms. Luggage storage is free and available both before check-in and after check-out - ask at reception. A welcome pick-up from the airport can be arranged for an extra charge, but there is no hotel shuttle.
