The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Stockholm International Fairs and Älvsjö Train Station, making it ideal for business travellers and commuters. The commuter train (pendeltåg) runs every few minutes and reaches T-Centralen or Gamla Stan in about 10-15 minutes. The area is safe and includes supermarkets and a few restaurants within a short walk. For airport transfers, take the train to Arlanda (about 35 minutes via Stockholm Central). Parking is available on site for SEK 120 per day, but there is no space for buses.

All rooms include a flat-screen TV, heating, and some have private bathrooms while others have shared facilities along the corridor. Room sizes vary; economy rooms without windows and shared bathrooms are very small (around 8-10 m2) and may feel claustrophobic. Standard twin rooms have windows and private bathrooms. Noise from gym equipment and doors closing can be audible, so light sleepers should pack earplugs. Heating is provided, but winter windows may not be fully sealed.
