BRUSTAR GOTIC-CENTRIC, Barcelona

Arc de Triomf Metro Station is just 100 metres from the property, giving direct access across the city. Numerous bus stops are within metres, including routes that reach the beach and Sagrada Família. The Gothic Quarter and El Born are within easy walking distance, and many key attractions such as the Rambla, Plaza Catalunya, and the Sagrada Família can be reached in 15-30 minutes on foot. The area is filled with shops, supermarkets, affordable restaurants, and cafés on the same block. The location is well lit and safe for walking back at night. Given the lack of on-site parking, relying on the metro, buses, or walking is the most practical way to explore the city.

The accommodation consists of rooms in a main building and an annex building a short walk away. Standard rooms feature windows overlooking an interior courtyard, while some rooms offer a balcony or street-facing view. Road-facing rooms are quieter due to decent soundproofing from street noise. A few rooms are in a modern suite with two bedrooms, a bath, and free toiletries. The property is adults-only. Rooms are generally spacious, with parquet floors, heating, and air conditioning. Bed comfort varies, with some mattresses being soft or worn. Some interior rooms receive only diffuse daylight from a lightwell, making the rooms dark even during the day. Rooms may feel tired, with simple furnishings and basic decor. Noise transfer between rooms is significant, and elevator shafts or nearby construction can also be disruptive. Light sleepers should request a balcony or street-facing room and bring earplugs.

Breakfast is not served for all bookings and can be added selectively-check during reservation. The property has no restaurant, bar, or café. The surrounding area offers a wide range of dining options, bars, and shops within a short walk. More than a dozen restaurants and cafés are located within 0.5 km, including Elsa y Fred, We Bistrot, La Glace, Yue Lai, and El Cafe de Les 2. A supermarket and a 24-hour convenience store (365) are also nearby. For guests who want a fuller breakfast, several cafés on the same block serve morning meals. The room may include a kettle and coffee, but no refrigerator is confirmed in all units.

Leisure facilities are absent from the building. The closest wellness options are found in the surrounding neighbourhood, which has a range of cafés, shops, and cultural attractions within easy walking distance. The property's location makes it easy to explore Barcelona on foot or via the nearby metro and bus stops. For beach access, buses are available just outside the property.
