The hostel sits on a residential side street that remains noticeably quiet compared to the main nightlife strip a few paces away. Key transport links are within 400-500 metres: St. Pauli underground station (U-Bahn) is a 5-minute walk, and the Reeperbahn S-Bahn station is about 500 metres. The Port of Hamburg and the Fischmarkt are 10-15 minutes on foot. The surrounding streets are dense with restaurants, cafés, and bars. Public parking is available in nearby garages but requires payment and cannot be reserved. For car-free trips, the U-Bahn and S-Bahn connections make city-centre sightseeing straightforward.

Accommodation includes a double room on the mezzanine floor and a 2-bed room with bunk beds. When booking a private room for one person, the room is for exclusive use. Some rooms have a private bathroom en-suite, while others have a private bathroom located across the hall. All rooms include a fridge, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. Room sizes are described as compact, suitable for short stays. Dormitory beds are three-tier bunk beds that can feel cramped; some are reported as shaky. The property has central heating and is non-smoking throughout. Rooms lack air conditioning and dedicated wardrobes, so guests typically live out of their suitcase. Balconies are not available. Sound insulation between rooms and from the hallway is limited, especially on lower floors near the entrance.
