Direct access from Haneda is possible by taking the Keikyu Airport Line express to Asakusabashi Station without transfers. Kuramae Mizu no Yakata is 6 minutes on foot, the Japan Stationery Museum is 3 minutes away, and several small restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. The neighbourhood is calm and safe, which provides a restful environment after exploring busier districts, though the walk to the nearest station can feel longer when carrying heavy luggage.

The property offers capsule-style beds in dormitories (some women-only), a double room with a shared bathroom, and family rooms with two beds. All rooms share bathroom facilities (bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer). Capsule beds are spacious with roll curtains for privacy, dimmable lights, power sockets, and USB ports. Lockers (28 x 56 x 78 cm) fit standard checked luggage. The double room has a shared bathroom, and upper-floor rooms are accessible by lift. Some rooms lack windows, and the walls are not fully soundproofed - a private room may still have limited noise insulation. Mattresses are generally firm but comfortable, and the property is kept very clean. Heating and air conditioning are available throughout.

The ground-floor cafe 'Pretty Good Coffee & Donut' serves breakfast (8:00-10:30) and coffee throughout the day. American-style breakfast is available, often with freshly fried donuts; children's meals and wine/champagne can be ordered at an additional charge. The cafe also offers a welcome drink to guests at check-in. For other meals, several restaurants including Indian Nan House, Yoshokudaikichi, and Asakusabashi 100 Soba are within a 5-minute walk.
