The hotel is located in the Cannaregio district, a 10-15 minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia train station and a 15-20 minute walk from Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. Two vaporetto stops - Ca' d'Oro and Casino - are within a few minutes' walk, providing easy water-bus connections across Venice and to the airport via the Alilaguna orange line. The immediate area is packed with restaurants, shops, and wine bars, and a supermarket is just steps away. The location strikes a balance between being central yet quieter than the main tourist hubs, ideal for sightseeing on foot.

Accommodation is spread across three historic buildings; the main building retains 16th-century character with parquet floors and high ceilings. Room types include classic double, superior (larger, with street or canal view), junior suite, and family rooms. Triple rooms are available (double bed plus single). All rooms have en suite bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, and soundproofing. Some rooms have a small double bed. There are no balconies. Daily housekeeping is provided, and an iron is available on request. Note that there is no lift, and rooms in the annexes may require climbing stairs. The hotel does not have a pool or spa.
