The hotel is located on a canal in Cannaregio, a lively and authentic Venetian neighbourhood. It is a 6-minute walk from the Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station (crossing only one bridge with a ramp, making it manageable with luggage). Saint Mark's Square is about a 30-minute walk or 20-minute walk to Rialto Bridge. The Guglie water bus stop is just outside the hotel, with the Alilaguna Orange Line providing a 45-minute direct route to Marco Polo Airport. The area is filled with local restaurants, cafes, shops, and a morning fish market, offering a more local atmosphere than the tourist-heavy centre.

Rooms are air-conditioned and non-smoking, with heating, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Private bathrooms include a shower or bath, hairdryer, free toiletries, and a bidet. Triple rooms are available with three single beds, and family-friendly comforts like cots are provided on request. The surrounding area provides good dining options within a short walk, all close to the hotel.
