The immediate block includes a Chinese restaurant below the hotel and several affordable eateries, including bagel shops, delis, and pizza slices within a two-minute walk. A supermarket and Starbucks are also nearby. There is no shared kitchen for cooking, but a microwave and water fountain in the common area allow simple food preparation.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas, though bandwidth can be inconsistent during peak use. Luggage storage is located in the lobby's common area (first floor) and is free of charge for before check-in and after checkout. A shared lounge and TV area is available. The hotel provides towels (changed on request, not daily) and basic soap, but no in-room toiletries or hairdryer. Pets are not allowed. The building is secured with key access code entry after hours.
