The hotel sits at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 32nd Street in the heart of Koreatown, a lively area packed with Korean and Japanese restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops. Penn Station is a five-minute walk away, offering direct rail access across the city and to both LaGuardia (30-45 minutes by car) and JFK (45-60 minutes) airports. The hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Madison Square Garden, and the Broadway theater district. Subway lines (B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W) are less than 200 meters away, making it easy to reach SoHo, Central Park, and museums without a car. The neighborhood is busy but feels safe at all hours, and the hotel itself is quiet for its central location.

All 70 contemporary guest rooms feature private bathrooms with either a bathtub or walk-in shower, free toiletries, and hairdryers. Rooms include air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, tea/coffee makers, irons, safes, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed configurations range from one king or queen bed to two queen beds, and the Empire Room offers a 20 m² private deck with views of the Empire State Building. While rooms are clean and comfortable, many are small by Manhattan standards, especially for three or four people. Some rooms have windows facing interior light wells or machinery, offering little natural light or view. Noise from in-room air conditioning units and outdoor HVAC is a common issue; road-facing and elevator-adjacent rooms can be particularly loud. Furniture and carpets in some rooms show signs of wear, and the hotel is older in feel. Not all rooms have balconies; none are guaranteed.

The property has no restaurant or breakfast service, and the only bar is a rooftop lounge with Empire State Building views, open to both hotel guests and the public. In-room coffee and tea are provided, and there is a self-serve station in the basement with free hot water, coffee, and iced water (available until 11:00 AM daily). For meals, the surrounding Koreatown block offers dozens of Korean BBQ spots (e.g., Miss Korea BBQ, New Wonjo), a Japanese bakery (Paris Baguette), a food hall with over 15 vendors, and many casual and mid-range restaurants within a two-minute walk. A supermarket (H Mart) across the street sells snacks and drinks, and a vending machine for drinks and snacks is available on-site.
