The Royal Palace, Sabatini Gardens, and Plaza Mayor are all within a 5- to 15-minute walk. Madrid-Atocha station is 15 minutes by taxi or 20 minutes by metro; Madrid Airport is about 29 minutes by car. Many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are clustered nearby. Parking is available at a nearby facility (300m away) for €25 per day, with no advance reservation possible and limited space for larger cars. For car-free travel, walking and the metro cover most sightseeing needs.

Room sizes vary: Single (13m2, one single bed), Standard Twin (17m2), Superior Twin (20m2, two singles), Triple (24m2, three singles), and Superior Double (double bed). Each room includes a private bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, and free WiFi. Superior rooms may add a coffee machine and slippers.
