The hotel is located 250 m from Tres Torres railway station, which provides direct service to the city centre in 15 minutes. Avinguda Diagonal is a 10-minute walk away, with El Corte Inglés and two shopping centres. Camp Nou is less than 2 km away. The neighbourhood itself is calm and safe, with traditional shops, supermarkets and several local restaurants within a short walk. The area is also convenient for medical centres such as Clínica Corachán and Teknon. Access by car is straightforward via the C32 ring road and Vallvidrera Tunnel.

Room categories include Single (11.5 m2), Double (17.33 m2), Double with balcony (17.33 m2), Premium Terrace (17.33 m2 with private furnished terrace), Triple (18.65 m2) and Family (max. 19.4 m2, two double beds).
