Hotel CC is set in one of Amsterdam's oldest streets, just 350 metres from the main railway station, making arrivals and departures effortless. Dam Square, with the Royal Palace and Madame Tussauds, is a 5-minute walk away, while the Rembrandt House Museum is 10 minutes on foot. The Kalverstraat shopping area is 650 metres away. The street itself is lined with restaurants, bars and shops, and the area is known for its lively, bustling atmosphere. Rooms overlooking the canal tend to be quieter than those facing the street. Trams and trains are within a few minutes' walk, and most central attractions are reachable on foot, reducing the need for taxis.

All rooms share a modern private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Standard rooms are compact, around 10 m², and some are described as very small-adequate for a short city break but tight for longer stays or when luggage space is needed. The largest option is a quad room sleeping up to 4 people. Some rooms have canal views, which also tend to be quieter; street-facing rooms can experience noise from the nightlife below. The building is a historic monument, so rooms often include original features like wooden beams, but also mean steep, winding stairs and a complex layout. The lift operates to the 3rd floor only; rooms on the 4th and 5th require stairs. Some basement and attic rooms have low ceilings, limited light, and windows that may not open fully or at all. There are no balconies or patios. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge.

An à la carte breakfast is available for an additional €18 per person, served from 8:00 to 11:00 at a nearby restaurant. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but the street is lined with numerous eateries, cafes and bars within a short walk. There is a vending machine selling drinks and snacks at the reception, and free coffee/tea is available in the lobby.

Hotel CC does not offer a spa, gym, pool, or any wellness facilities.
