The hotel is located on a central street just a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station, Dam Square, and the Royal Palace. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, shops, and canal streets. A tram stop right outside the front door connects to museums and other districts, making a car unnecessary for city exploration.

Rooms are compact but include a work desk, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a rain shower. Double/twin rooms average 19 m², triple city-view rooms average 22 m², and singles are 15 m² Some rooms have frosted glass bathroom partitions that provide limited privacy. Rooms facing the street or lift can be noisy; rooms at the back may have courtyard views but can also hear lift noise. Some triple rooms have two twin mattresses plus an extra bed. Storage space is limited in smaller rooms. Hairdryer and in-room safe are standard; irons are available on the 1st floor.

A continental breakfast buffet is served in the breakfast lounge from 07:00-10:30 on weekdays and 07:30-11:00 on weekends. Breakfast costs €17.50 per person.
