Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock are 200 metres away. The area is a pedestrian zone, so car access is restricted, but public transport is close, including a Metro station. Numerous restaurants, bars, and a Tesco supermarket are steps away. The airport is 12 km from the property; a paid private car transfer can be arranged. The central location means the street can be lively, particularly at night, which may affect some apartments.

Apartments range from studios to two-bedroom units, some with two separate bathrooms but only one toilet. A few are split-level, including one with an internal spiral staircase.
