The hostel sits on a main road with direct tram stops outside, connecting you across the city. Národní Třída Metro Station is 300 metres away, providing easy access to Prague Main Station and the airport via metro line A. Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, and the Old Town Square are all within a 10-15 minute walk. The National Museum is a 15-minute stroll. The area is dense with cafés, restaurants, supermarkets (including a large Tesco), and shops on the doorstep. The location is excellent for walkers, with most major sights reachable on foot; public transit is equally convenient for late-night arrivals or early-morning airport runs. Street-facing rooms can experience noise from trams and the street until late, while rooms overlooking the inner yard are quieter.

Room types include single, twin, double, triple, quadruple, family (up to 5 beds), and beds in mixed or female-only dorms (8-10 beds). Private rooms may have en-suite bathrooms or a bathroom outside the room. Dormitories have shared bathrooms, while female dorms sometimes offer private bathrooms. All rooms include seating areas; some have soundproofing, parquet floors, or views (rooms on the 6th floor offer city views). Dorm beds have individual lockers (bring your own lock or rent one with a refundable deposit) and reading lights. Sheets are provided; towels are available for rent (refundable deposit). There is no air conditioning - the property provides fans, which may be insufficient during hot weather. Rooms facing the street can be noisy; those on the top floor may be warm without windows that seal fully. The building is older, with some rooms located off internal shafts that receive little daylight. Upper floors are accessible by lift.

The shared kitchen is open 24/7, well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and cups. There are fridges and a freezer, plus a communal food-sharing shelf. The kitchen is large and kept clean, making it practical for self-catering meals. A large Tesco supermarket is a short walk away for groceries. Vending machines offer drinks and snacks. There is no breakfast service; guests typically eat in the kitchen or at nearby cafés-many are within a 3-5 minute walk. The hostel does not offer any restaurant, bar, or meal service.

The hostel offers free walking tours of Prague every day, plus paid pub crawls for evening entertainment. Depending on staff availability, volunteers run activities such as park visits, museum tours, karaoke, cooking sessions, themed dinner nights, and cultural tours. Live sport events are broadcast. There is a games room with board games, a children's indoor play area, and a communal lounge with a large TV. Facilities also include hiking and cycling access (off-site). There is no spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool.

The 24-hour front desk provides concierge service, tour desk, key card security, and 24-hour CCTV. Luggage storage is free (locker deposit refundable) and allows you to explore after check-out. Laundry facilities are available for a fee. An airport shuttle can be arranged for 650 CZK (up to 4 people); alternatively, bus 910 from Jiráskovo náměstí serves the airport at all hours. A currency exchange machine is on site. The lift reaches all floors. Bike storage is available for cyclists. Safety includes fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and key card access. The property is non-smoking throughout. A minimarket is also on site. Pets are allowed (charges may apply). WiFi is free throughout.
